Shipping Methods and Charges

Shipping for Marina Calamai products is offered worldwide. Shipping charges are determined at the time of order, by weight and destination of the package.

We are able to ship most pieces immediately. However, if the item is not available, please allow 2 weeks for delivery so the piece may be cast and refined. To confirm lead times on a particular item, please contact our team at info@marinacalamai.it.

All the orders are shipped within 2 working days after payment confirmation, with the exception of products to be sent to cast after customer request, for which the shipment takes place within 14 working days, as communicated at the order confirmation.

We ship our products all over the world and use private couriers in the transport of our pieces. Customs tariffs will apply for non-EU destinations.

Shipping is provided via DHL Express. Free shipping is provided worldwide for purchases above €400.

Our products are generally delivered within 3 working days from the date of shipment within the EU, and within a maximum of 7 working days in non-EU countries. 

Orders

1. To submit an order for any Marina Calamai product, you can:

  • a. Complete and submit your order as an unregistered user
  • b. Create an account on this website by registering your details and creating a password that will be associated with your username. Complete and submit the online order through your Marina Calamai account.

2. Marina Calamai reserves the right to refuse any order. In such a case, Marina Calamai will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable and refund to you any payment in full.

Prices and Payment

1. All prices on the website are in Euros (€) and are exclusive of VAT. Any change in the VAT rate may be applied to the Products. Prices are subject to change without notice, being accepted that the price applicable to any order is the price indicated on the website when the order is submitted.

2. The amount payable to Marina Calamai for an order will be the total of the following amounts:

  • a. the sum of the price of each Product ordered as indicated on the website at the time of submitting the order;
  • b. the cost of delivery determined at the time of order, by weight and destination of the package.

3. You must pay the order amount by credit card when submitting the order. Payments will be made through the secured systems of PayPal or Stripe Payment Gateway, which uses the SSL “Secure Socket Layer” protocol so that all information is encrypted by software and no third parties may have access to this information during its communication on the web.

4. Where the Order is to be delivered to some countries in the European Union or outside the European Union, you may need to pay customs charges to the government in addition to the order amount.
